The Solar First Inward-Curved C-Shaped Steel Ground Mounting System is a high-performance solution designed for large-scale ground-mounted plants and projects on complex terrain.

01 Product Description

This solar module mounting system is a highly anti-corrosion mounting structure for ground installation with its aluminum alloy 6005 and 304 stainless steel material .

 

The beams and supports will be pre-assembled on our factory before delivery, to save on site working time. Special base plate design ensures adjustable range on height and front-back direction, to adapt installation site.

 

Different structure type will be chosen according to site conditions and load requirements.

10+ Year Long-term Anti-corrosion

Constructed from high-quality Q235B or Q355B carbon steel and treated with hot-dip galvanization (coating thickness ≥80μm) , the system offers excellent corrosion resistance. It confidently withstands challenges in high-humidity, high salt-spray environments like coastal or industrial areas, significantly reducing maintenance costs over the entire lifecycle.

 

Flexible Custom Design

The system is compatible with all major framed and frameless PV modules and supports both landscape and portrait panel layouts. Through precise engineering analysis, it offers customized tilt angles (5°-45°) and foundation options (ground screws, concrete blocks, driven piles) based on specific project wind speed, snow load, and soil conditions, achieving the optimal configuration for energy yield and structural integrity.
